Privacy Policy

What SysEdge is

SysEdge is a command-line tool and Claude Code plugin that runs on your own machine. It stores requirements traceability data in a Neo4j database that you host locally or in your own infrastructure. OrgEdge does not operate or have access to that database.

Data we do not collect

  • We do not collect usage data, telemetry, or analytics from the CLI or plugin.
  • We do not collect the contents of your graph — your modules, features, enhancements, defects, user stories, or code symbols stay entirely on your machine.
  • We do not use cookies or tracking on this page or any SysEdge documentation.
  • We do not create user accounts for free CLI users.

Bootstrap Kit licence activation

If you purchase the Bootstrap Kit, a single HTTPS request is made to our activation server to verify your licence key. This request transmits:

  • Your licence key
  • A machine identifier (used to enforce per-repository licensing)

No source code, graph data, or personal information is transmitted. After activation, all licence checks run offline. The activation server is operated by Lemon Squeezy, who process the original purchase. See Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy for purchase data handling.

Claude Code plugin marketplace

Installing SysEdge via the Claude Code plugin marketplace involves a download from GitHub. GitHub's standard privacy policy applies to that request. OrgEdge receives no data from plugin installations.
