Privacy Policy

How OrgEdge handles data for the organisational management platform.

Last updated: May 2026

What OrgEdge is

OrgEdge is an organisational management platform that helps leadership teams model, assess, and improve their organisations using a formal ontology. The platform is deployed for specific organisations under a licence agreement. This policy covers how we handle data in the context of that platform and this website.

Platform data

Organisational data entered into the OrgEdge platform — structures, roles, people, assessments, strategies — is stored in a database controlled by the licensed organisation. OrgEdge does not access, analyse, or share this data without explicit agreement. Data handling terms are defined in the applicable licence and data processing agreement.

Website

This website (org-edge.com) does not use tracking cookies or analytics. Contact form submissions are processed solely to respond to your enquiry and are not shared with third parties.

Authentication

The OrgEdge platform uses Auth0 for authentication. Auth0's privacy policy governs the handling of login credentials and session tokens. We store the minimum identity information required to authenticate users and resolve their organisational scope.

AI processing

The platform uses Anthropic's Claude API for AI-assisted features such as document import and organisational assessment. Content submitted to these features is processed by Anthropic's API under Anthropic's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not use AI features to train models on your organisational data.

Data retention

Organisational data is retained for the duration of the licence agreement. On termination, data is deleted within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law or agreed in writing.
